so i'm 5'7 145lbs, and one pill has an affect on me that lasts 2-3 days. take it with a glass of water and def eat something first. as the night progresses you can just tell something is happening down there. this is super effective, especially if you have shyness and anxiety being with a woman. i'm half way through this box, and this will give you the confidence to take charge, last a long time, and know you won't lose the desire that night...sometimes 2 or 3 nights!
